- Provide, personalise, and improve the Century Ads platform.
- Authenticate your identity and keep your account secure.
- Surface nearby shops and ad listings based on your location (only when permission is granted).
- Send service-related notifications such as reservation confirmations.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, spam, and abuse.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Within the platform: Shop name, address, phone, and e-mail may be displayed publicly on your shop page if you choose to add them.
- Service providers: Third-party infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, CDN, object storage) that process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
- Legal requirements: When disclosure is required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
🔐4. App Permissions
The app requests the following Android / iOS permissions at runtime:
- ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION — for the "Nearby" feature.
- CAMERA — for taking photos and scanning QR codes.
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — for selecting photos from gallery.
- READ_MEDIA_VIDEO — for selecting video attachments.
- RECORD_AUDIO — for speech-to-text input.
- INTERNET — required for all API communication.
All optional permissions can be denied. Denying them disables the corresponding feature but does not prevent use of the rest of the app.

We retain your account and user-generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymised analytics data may be kept longer.
